I have a good feeling that you and Bernardo will be together for a long time. You seem to have the ideal relationship and no matter how often you “leave” each other you will always return.
BTW, I’ve loved his visit to that beautiful island. The photography was excellent despite a broken camera.
So very true! Have lived overseas with my wife for nearly 10 years, a long way (13+ hour flights) from our respective families, and you're right about that mix of missing the things from home, but also being content with your choice to build a life somewhere else.
"...every life eventually becomes ordinary" is the heart of the wisdom here!
We love following yours and Bernardo's adventures - keep building the life you choose!
I understand what you mean and it resonates with me deeply, it's a new feeling that I'm navigating myself, thank you so much for posting this,it feels better when seeing people share their experiences with this emotion thati struggle to name
Thank you so much on sharing your take on solo trip! I always felt a sort of guilt when I didn’t ask my girlfriend to join me, but this is just something that I love to do myself.
I hope you’ll get to experience more time with your family in person soon enough!

I follow Bernardo from the beginning of his YouTube journey, and I follow you too now.
I would be pissed at him if he left you for real 😂
Keep posting your updates, your posts are the only reason that make me come here to check ASAP.

Jule, that's really awesome! I love to know what's going on, and I must enjoy living in their own space; truly great.
I love this line: the places we choose for ourselves will never give us everything! So true

I had to check right away why you weren’t in that trip. Hope you don’t feel lonely often.
