As someone living in Switzerland and learning German I 100% understand the struggle, but there’s not much that can be done, in the end you need to learn the standard version to also learn the dialect, it’s just part of the process. I wish you good luck, whenever I understand a bit of Swiss German I feel like I unlocked a part of the day to day life I didn’t see/hear before.

I'm in Albania, which has the second hardest language in the world (so I'm told). It's a real struggle to learn and to speak this language. I understand your concern (you must go "from, from").
